Excellent service. Great advice via phone regarding sizing. If you are having Halux Vagus issues or arthritis in big toe do consider going to a mens shoe as they are slightly wider and might just fit better. I took the inner sole out and that was enough for me to be able to use these very comfy, supple but sturdy shoe. Taking them up Mt Kosciuszko soon and am sure they will keep me comfortable.
