When I received my order, I was quite disappointed with them. The grey Phoenix have a completely different fit than the green ones I have (purchased last year in Europe) and they don’t sit nicely on my feet at all. It almost looks like they were sideways on the machine when manufactured. There’s also significantly less fabric at the nose of the shoe. As always, customer service was good in replying to my email. Unfortunately, I will be sending these back. As this is at my own expense, I will think twice before ordering something I can't try on in-store somewhere. It seems that Xeros changes the models without warning and/or changing the product's name. I love the green pair I have; they're very comfortable and look and feel great. Dispointing that the grey ones turned out completely different.
Very comfortable slip on. Light weight and flat drop makes it feel like you’re barely wearing anything. Was worried that the knit might damage easily but it is very durable. I tend to scuff my shoes on things and damage leather shoes but these are handling that very well.
I cannot express my gratitude for these shoes. They’re comfortable, attractive and they fit perfectly. The advice on the website to add 1cm to your natural foot measurement was perfect. The shoes were shipped within a day of purchase and Xero kept me well informed with tracking, etc. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the customer service.
I'm amazed that I a) paid this much for a pair of shoes, and b) don't mind at all! Finding shoes to fit my hobbit feet isn't easy, but finding cute shoes that look good with in more formal situations has been next to impossible. Until now. I received these shoes just before leaving on an interstate trip, so there wasn't time to break them in. So happy that this wasn't a problem!! They were comfy from the the first time I put them on. Love the shape. Fingers crossed they'll wear well.
