Do I need to book?
No booking is needed. Walk in during showroom hours and allow around 15 minutes to explore styles, check your size and move around in a pair.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Yes. For purchases made directly through xeros.com.au or the Alexandria storefront, start a return or exchange through the Returns & Exchanges Centre. Eligible items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Can I try different sizes and styles?
Yes. The Alexandria store is set up for trying on the range with help from the team, so you can compare sizes, styles and the feel underfoot before choosing.
