Shipping policy

We ship Xero Shoes anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

We use Australia Post, Aramex Couriers, Direct Couriers to send our shipments. The cost of the shipment is - free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $100, $10 for orders under $100. $15 for Express shipping and $25 for International orders to New Zealand irrespective of the number of pairs in each order. Delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 days (approx) depending on postal factors for Australia and 7 days to 14 days for New Zealand.

The shoes will be shipped from our warehouse in Castle Hill or our showroom at 1/574 Botany Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015
